This is our 3rd time working with Michelle, the first 2 were for renewals this 3rd time for a new purchase. As usual Michelle was great to work with walking thru the steps and guiding us with the correct processes to keep us out of trouble. There was still work to do once the purchase and possession was completed with having built into the mortgage the basement finished.
