I appreciate how honest Tim is. If there is an issue, he tells us immediately and walks us how to resolve. Very solution based. We buy a LOT of property and we have used Tim a ton, we love how he is direct and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of every aspect of the lending process and he works overtime to ensure a smooth contract to close. Nothing but the utmost praise for CMG. I had a computer glitch that could have been very costly and life altering, the CMG team jumped in it immediately and had it resolved. This has to be the best financial experience I have had in a very long time. I am multi business owner and I wish that all financial firms could have the same drive for customer service as CMG. I would never use this company after we sell this house. We bought it 2021 and they didn't even say anything having two tax bills and they didn't do the escrow calculation correct so this year they increase it 325 on top our current payment making 1675 a month I even asked to come off escrow but I didn't get any notice of deny that they said I got it. I absolutely dislike this company. They don't care about anything but money. When I asked about I put the entire escrow to cover the entire year and she told me nope you paymen... read more

Currently going through a streamline refinance with my bank. I can't bring cash to close as I wanted to pay down the loan amount to have a smaller payment. So I have to pay down my current loan amount with CMG. The online feature to pay a lump sum down instructed me to call the provided phone number. I went through the phone system, and asked to pay xx amount of dollars to principal. The system properly repeated xx amount back to principal and I confirmed "yes". DO NOT USE CMG MORTGAGE!!! CMG is at the top of my sh*t list!!! I discovered 2/9/21 that they did not pay my homeowners insurance back in Sept. 2020 so my policy was cancelled!! They could not get it re-instated so they had to put a force placed policy on my account to cover the claim I needed to file. I was told it would be at no cost to me yet my mortgage payment increased by $500 A MONTH!!! I have been back & forth for 5 months now trying to get this sorted out and get my money refunded yet they still have not honored the... read more

Chris and team are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They cancelled my loan application on the DAY BEFORE MY CLOSING. I had no notice and had to come up with an emergency plan. His secretary Elizabeth was particularly rude and ignorant about international transactions. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

CMG is the worst. Find another mortgage company. Im currently remortgaging and finding all kinda of little surprise amounts added to my loan. They are a total scam.
