Very unprofessional. There are a slew of excuses why they didn’t file numerous returns on time even with extensions. Rude is an understatement. Front reception simply tries to turn away as many clients as possible despite having contracts. We understand they want to do less for less people. This is not the way to go about it. No one calls back. No one responds for months and then they try to blame it on the clients. This company came recommended to me and had a number of positive reviews. While they did do my taxes, the quality was less than stellar. After my taxes were completed, I reviewed them and noticed a number of incorrect items related to my business - all of which, documentation was provided to them. While they eventually did make the corrections and file an amendment, the woman who did so was a bit rude and snippy. Additionally - they initially wanted to charge me for their mistake.
