Unfortunately I'm writing this . We used this tax service for over 20 years. Henry was the best in the business. For the last 3 years Henry has had extreme medical issues mentaly. The last 3 years taxes have been messed up. LATE. We are getting charged by the irs , because of this. His office no longer cares about there customers. His wife is a lawyer and she has kinda taken over. She says nasty things to customers to push you away from the problem she knows she has. We filed our taxes with the Michalenka company. We did not receive notice from the accountant regarding our taxes having been filed until 7-8 months later, which resulted in additional penalties. We ended up going to the IRS office and they let us know the interest that we accumulated because of the late filing. We do not recommend using this office.
