Went in a while ago to have my rings resized they told me it would be 7 days. I agreed and we sent it off. Day 7 came and it wasn’t done the guy said he would call and see when it would be in that afternoon he called and said they were ready for pick up. I was there within minutes to get my rings. I then noticed a crack on the bottom of my ring that I know for a fact wasn’t there before hand. I asked about it and he kept insisting that it was there and they didn’t do anything wrong….
