Horrible customer service! I was put on hold for 25 minutes when I called to check on an order that had been placed for 2 puzzles on the previous day. I ended up calling the same store on my other line and got a lady who had attitude from the start. I told her I just wanted to know how to cancel my order and she said “I took your name down”.
