We had a great experience with Michael’s Moving for our move from Boston to Chicago. The crew arrived right on time to handle packing and the move. They were extremely careful and respectful of our home and belongings. The driver and crew chief, Hilberth, was exemplary. I cannot thank this team enough. We went way over on time, because MY estimate on number of boxes was way off, and WE didn't do the best job packing. They worked for an additional 2 hours with nothing but a positive attitude. They were exceptionally careful with all of our belongings. I highly recommend Michael's Moving and Storage. My son used them back in November and recommended them to us.

From first phone call to last handshake was amazing. Absolute best customer service and communication I have experienced in a very long time. Transparency in pricing and liability. There was absolutely no stress during my move. Hiberth, Sig M. and Yeison were friendly, punctual and respectful of the apartment building’s rules and other occupants. Everything was packaged better than I had could have imagined and there was no time wasted. I will recommend Michael’s to everyone who will listen!
