We used this moving company because they were recommended to my husband and I by his brother and they also had great reviews. We were quoted $650-$799 for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours. They moved a king bed, 2 night stands, a tv stand, a coffee table and a console table along with about 10 boxes. We were told if it takes on the lower end of the time it would be a $650 and if it takes on the higher end of the time, it would go up to $799. We’ve been through 4 interstate moves, but Michael’s Moving & Storage was by far the most stressful and unprofessional moving experience we’ve ever had. • We were repeatedly misled about delivery timelines and told over the phone our move would arrive within 14 business days, only later to be told the WRITTEN contract allowed for 21.
