Michael helped me resolve a disagreement with my condo board. He gave me his honest opinion that resolving the matter before the courts/ tribunals would be time consuming and expensive. Instead he recommended that I run for the board, I did and I am now the board president and the condo is now a better living environment for me and the other residents.
