Worst customer service WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I will never ever return to purchase anything there. They have expensive furniture made with the cheapest materials they could find.. I regret buying our sectional in that store.. By the second week the recliner was stuck and could not close it with their so call metal that is probably as thin as a coke can. And not to mention if you go through financial harship be ready to receive those harrasing calls every 5 mins.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIVE I will admit that the customer service at first is good, and also that getting credit is no problem - AT FIRST! .. I have been a customer with them for about 6 years and for to do what they did to me is unimaginable. We had purchased bedroom furniture in late december 2010 on credit.. We also purchased a vanity set with cash and were told that they would ship it from a different store. They set the delivery date but didn't deliver until 4 days after they said they would. Michael's Super Store is awesome I must say that for being a small chain of stores, they have a lot to choose from. The best asset is the customer service our rep. provide. Her name is Moni (Columbian), and she is awesome.
Good experience My family and I have purchased several items from this furniture dealer. The customer service is awesome and it's so easy to get credit from them because they are not too picky. They give you free gifts when you purchase a certain amount. The more you purchase the bigger the gifts.
