Great customer service!
Since they're selling fabric now I went to but some stretch fabric but they don't have anything like that. It's all just cotton or costume fabric. Also, they don't have as many bead items. All in all I'm very sad with how they packed so much in and removed other stuff. Michaels kinds sucks now
