The customer service reps are just awesome and their suggestions come in handy! However, it seems like a lot of your frames are out of stock! Whats up with that?!
They would not honor their return policy online. I had an item in perfect condition, within the 60 day online return frame and with my receipt. They would only give back an in store credit and no refund. I spoke with Britney the store manager. It’s simply unacceptable that they will not follow the return policy that the store set admittedly by their own managers standards.
They had what we were shopping for. We had no greeting or any kind of any feelings of valued or being appreciated customers.
Two "t's" and a "y" is how Brittany spelled her name at the Michael's in Vero Beach, when asked. In need of several picture frames and certificate display cases, I found myself checking out numerous sale items at Michael's. Brittany was helpful in directing me to numerous BOGO free frames and cases. She even suggested several frames that were buy one - get two free.
