I am highly disappointed with Mr. Williard's non-service. I am a small business owner and a new client to him as of Feb 2018. He was very responsive at first, answering my questions. I gave him my tax files two weeks before the tax was due this year. He told me that he was backed up and I was #169. Instead of recommending me to someone else, he led me to believe that he will file my tax fairly soon, even if it is filed after the deadline.
