If there was a way to give a zero, I would have. Staff from the nurses to the providers are very rude and unprofessional. Never introduced themselves, no name tags visible, don’t knock on doors before entering the rooms, no explanation of what they are going to do prior to performing exam. I heard more verbal orders “come over here”, “sit right there”, “do like this, do like this” repeatedly during my employment physical than anything else. Had to wait an hour before receptionist began to even start my paper work . simple dot worst service ever at a medical facility recommend that you avoid if possible
