Totally Sucks as a Lawyer Cost me big time. Huge disgrace ! You be better served going it alone. He said he procured monies from insurance company which he didn't. We went and did work and got stuck for 38000.00

Professor, Ohio State University This man is not professional. We called him and emailed him that we do not need his services and requested that he transfer our file to another attorney. He than mailed us a contract to sign. We refused to sign the contract and again requested that he return the retainer. He failed to do so and manufactured a fictitious time sheet of work done. Vitale no good. This man stole my money. He is unprofessional and ignorant and I recommend you don't use him for your legal issues.
Not worth your time or money Vitale represented us and tried to back out when the case got difficult. The judge made him finish what he started...ha ha on you Vitale. Hire yourself a real lawyer.
Vitale sucks as a lawyer. He represented me in a case about 20 years ago. He was hard to get hold off. He did not show up in court for my hearing without informing me and because of his negligence I have dealt w th consequences of that case upto now. Get yourself a real lawyer not a slick shyster like Vitale.
Totally Incompetent Michael Vitale represented someone that I know, and the quality of his work was so incredibly poor that it was embarrassing. He routinely prepared pleadings with almost no legal substance and obvious grammatical errors. He botched a defense of a lawsuit so badly that it may result in a judgment against someone who would have been successfully defended by anyone else. I would advise against using him as an attorney.
THIEF HE won't do his job and will take your money too!!! save your receipts!!!
