I came in because my online banking had been locked and I was told I needed a new debit card. The teller, Janell, was amazing and deserves credit for being kind and professional. Roshini offers best service. at BMO bank. She is always helpful and we have been dealing with her for the past 15 years. Even though she has changed branches, we follow her around for our Mortgage & other needs. Above all she is personable.
