The man is an absolute pro!! I got caught up in a large amount of debt after the death of two family members during the time of covid. I pushed one of my credit cards far to high, to survive and pay for expenses related to my family members. Think in terms of the cost of a nice used car type of debt. He knows what he's doing. His prices are comparable to other attorneys, and for a handful of the credit litigators that operate in FL: you cannot do better than him. He doesn't sugarcoat, he gets results. You're hiring a lawyer, not a therapist.
This so called lawyer is rude and very unprofessional. He had my friend in tears. Calling her names and belittling her due to asking him for help. There is never any reason to treat anyone this way. He should be reported to the bar. Avoid this lawyer at all cost.
I had a phone Consultation with Mr. Tierney. Went well. A bit different. He is polite and straight to the point. What I was most impressed about was not only his work with discovery, but his Arguments, which by the way, resulted in a positive outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
