Terrible. Don't give this man a retainer. He took 2.5 hrs deposit on a credit card and we only used 30 minutes of time, and months later we are still hassling with him trying to obtain our refund. He was lousy returning email when we were still trying to use his services, and its worse now that we want our deposit back. Update: We had to go to small claims court in Manhattan to try and get our money back. He didn't show up but he won't pay up either even though we now have a court order. He stole $800 from us!
