For CGT advance family tax planning I provided a detailed background document with the information on a potential sale of real estate asset. Their response was many months late, overbudget and I did not receive a summary document that I could share with other family members. This was not a complicated engagement. The attitude of the assigned accountant was pompous and condescending. Very, very disappointed, and very poor value for money.
