Overall, I would definitley receommend Shaut Law (Mike and Josh) for legal services. Going through legal issues is a difficult and stressful period in anyones life but when it came down to the finish line, they took care of it. AFTER a couple of failed attempts getting assistance from other law offices via my jobs paid legal assistance, Michael Shaut & Associates (Caroline Anderson-Nhok) followed up timely & even called me when I missed the original email. I told them what I wanted to accomplish they even suggested other options at no further charge. Caroline was thorough & quickly & conveniently took care of my legal needs. So glad to get this done for my beneficiaries.

Run away... fast and far. Bert Rose wasted my time for two months, dragging out filing motions with the courts to the point I cut my losses and went with another firm. I even had to file my own motion to dismiss in once instance. The second motion he was drafting, I had to tell him he had misspellings riddled thoughout and he even wrote his own address incorrectly. I had little recourse becuase even though I requested MULTIPLE times for a letter of representation to pass along to the court (something I should not have to do)... read more

Terrible!!! I was misrepresented. Bert Rose is rude. Never letting me finish a statement or question. Very slow at responding (if he responds) and short. Had me plea to something that was worse than the original charge. I recommend to not deal with this firm at all.
