I needed an urgent consult and was given this firm's contact info (among 3 other law offices) by my employer's legal plan. This was the second firm to reach out to me within hours of getting my inquiry, which was incredibly relieving. I was given succint information that allowed me to make a decision with next steps on my own and also reassured I can circle back if needed. I would give 0 stars if possible. I hired this firm in November 2025 for a matter involving safety concerns regarding a minor and paid a total retainer of $1,000. After receiving an initial draft affidavit, the attorney stopped communicating entirely. From December 2025 through January 2026, I emailed multiple times requesting updates and emphasizing urgency.
