I have used him twice. Once for the sale of a business and the other for the sale of a commercial building. Due to the buyer working with SBA, it turned into a complicated and long procedure. Throughout, I had consistent communication and updates. I know he was working diligently on my behalf. I would absolutely recommend. Referred two of my friends to him and they were both happy.
He was very attentive with everything that we needed, and he was great when it came to explaining all of the legal ease into in plain English. He was even able to take quick action when our case took a turn (our mistake) and everything back on track. Great lawyer and person. Highly recommend.
