Michael actually answered his phone and intently listened to my problem in regards to my property tax exemptions being removed. He asked clarifying questions and gave direct answers. I had an unexpected tax issue pop up fall of 24. The first attorney I talked to tried to scare me and convince me to put them on a 3k retainer.
