Michael actually answered his phone and intently listened to my problem in regards to my property tax exemptions being removed. He asked clarifying questions and gave direct answers. There was no pressure to hire/retain him, but I wanted to know what the cost would be. I have used Michael Saegert, Attorney at Law, for almost 20 years. He has always handled my appeal on my tax appraisal at HCAD. He always does a remarkable job.
