I didn't get to connect with Michael Saegart during June and July 2025 like I prayed. But I was extremely impressed and wanted him in my kung fu grip to represent me. Update: I attempted to retain Michael’s services and followed up multiple times. He mentioned that he would send the agreement, but it never arrived. Every time I called, he rushed the conversation, which made me hesitant to continue following up. As a result, I missed the deadline to file with HCAD. Michael is excellent, but I am not receiving the service I need. I have had a property tax issue that seems unfair and has weighed on me over the past few months. I decided to call Mr. Saegert and greatly appreciate his willingness to discuss this issue and provide answers to questions I had about property taxes so promptly. He explained the homestead exemption based on the actual Texas Property Tax Code. Based on my discussion with him, he is clearly dedicated and genuinely cares about his work.
Michael actually answered his phone and intently listened to my problem in regards to my property tax exemptions being removed. He asked clarifying questions and gave direct answers. There was no pressure to hire/retain him, but I wanted to know what the cost would be.
