Update: I attempted to retain Michael’s services and followed up multiple times. He mentioned that he would send the agreement, but it never arrived. Every time I called, he rushed the conversation, which made me hesitant to continue following up. As a result, I missed the deadline to file with HCAD. Michael is excellent, but I am not receiving the service I need. I have had a property tax issue that seems unfair and has weighed on me over the past few months. I decided to call Mr. Saegert and greatly appreciate his willingness to discuss this issue and provide answers to questions I had about property taxes so promptly.
