I was incredibly disappointed with this tax firm. The accountant I was assigned to was only there 3 weeks yet said he had been an accountant for a very long time and was only just new to that firm. Ok... I accepted that. His bedside manner was awful. He was snarky, rude and abrupt. He acted as though my lowly 1040 was beneath him and he repeated questions in emails that I had already answered several times. He delayed e-filing for a good 3 weeks.
