I have been a client of Michaels for a number of years and this past year has been a nightmare. My 2024 return was put on extension and was still filed late causing me to incur a large penalty for late payment. I am elderly on a fixed income and cannot put my trust in him anymore to file my income taxes. Please stay away from his practice if you want your taxes done correctly and on time.
Plan ahead, call now to arrange for next years taxes. Very hard to get into at tax time and there is a waiting list. I have had the best service and results here. They also do corporate and business taxes. Lisa is great too. A+ operation!
