Michael Rand and Associates have always been sooo good to our family! This is the fourth time we have used them over the last 9 years and the service has been just as good as the first time. From Debra to Michael they kept us well informed and were so helpful through every step of the tedious process. Every time I called or emailed with what I assumed were redundant or silly questions they replied quickly and patiently! Highly recommend them to any and everyone looking to go through any kind of a loan process.

We highly recommend working Michael Rand & Associates as they were absolutely fabulous to work with, reliable and great communication. Fantastic experience!!! Michael and Debra guided us through the whole process with knowledge, patience and professionalism. The escrow company the seller chose was a nightmare, but they managed to deal with them and even close the escrow early! Friendly, always available, always with an answer to our thousand questions... not to mention they took care of the loan/financial part as well. That made everything go so much smoother! Even though I am in a dream home, I miss the great experience looking for homes with Michael Rand! He’s loaded with honesty, integrity, kind humor and many years of experience in real estate. My husband and I somehow saw nine houses in the span of a couple hours, snacks included!
