If I could give 0 stars, I would. My initial contact with the receptionist was one of the worst first contacts that I’ve ever had with a business. The individual who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I was made to feel that my inquiry into potential retention of this firm was an EXTREME burden to them. I cannot say if Mr. Jensen is an attorney worth hiring or not because unfortunately I never made it past the point of first contact.
