An attorney suing the DMV because of lines. What's next? Disney World? The movies, grocery stores, Doctors office, Dental offices, lunch lines. Get a life and stop clogging up the court system in my opinion.
Very bad lawyer, he knows nothing about the law. Police are immune, they do not have to go through a trial and even so, he did not know how to guide his client. The Otano officer is in prison despite being innocent... never hire his services.
