We filed December 14, I don't hear from them unless I call. They have postponed paperwork deadlines stating to the court that we needed more time. Everything they need is a request away but then again I check pacer to find the status and have to call attorneys office to find out why they postponed. I don't think people with the level of stress going through bankruptcy would have to deal their own case like we did. Best for you to go some place else. This is my first time dealing with such incompetency.
I have used Michael P. O'Donnell's services and was very pleased. He made the bankruptcy process very manageable. This is not something that is easy for someone to have to do. Mr. O'Donnell made sure that everything was taken care of and that if we needed anything he was there for our assistance. Will refer other friends to his office.
