I had the pleasure of working with Mike as my closing attorney after he came highly recommended. Mike is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and great with communicating in a timely manner. When I made the offer on my home I agreed to allow the sellers to post occupy the property. Attorney Farley represented me in a reliable, straightforward fashion as my attorney and proxy at a closing. Much later when I couldn't put my hands on some required documents he bailed me out in a flash. He provides easy direct access and responds promptly.
Uncomfortable moment during signing. My attorney stepped out, and I was asked by the buyers attorney to sign to documents. I didn’t mind signing but I preferred for my attorney to be present whenever I sign something no matter how basic the document is. I felt things became awkward in the room when I refused to sign so I signed these two documents without my attorney present. If I wanted to wait for the Attorney to return to the room, I think that they should’ve been gracious about it.
