Horrible lawyer! This lawyer was appointed to a 10 year old at the Midland juvenile court. The child's biological father assaulted her several times. The last assult she protected herself and her father got a scratch from her or his abuse. The police called mom to pick her up so he angerly told police he wanted assult charges. This unwarranted charge went to the Midland court which appointed Michael Mishic. He made us wait over a hour, made no eye contact. This lawyer was appointed to my 10 year old step daughter. Her dad had repeated assaulted her and abused her. The last assult she defended herself and her biological father got a scratch. The police called her mom to pick her up and he angerly filed an assult charge on this child. This lawyer then yelled at her and said over and over she was not the victim when she clearly was.
