I was initially hesitant to reach out to a therapist / counsellor but after a short initial call with Michael I felt reassured and at ease. I have felt very comfortable talking about some very personal and difficult issues and Michael has helped me to navigate these. Michael was tremendous help. Just one session brought my jumbled thoughts into perspective. A life saver when I was at my lowest point and desperately needed help. I sent an enquiry on his website and received a response the same day.
