Would give 0 stars if I could, Sarah was meant to handle our settlement for our house but in the last 2 weeks or so has completely ghosted us, our mortgage broker and the bank. We are meant to settle tomorrow and now might not be able to because of their negligence. Clear to say they will not be receiving a dime of our money. Luckily the vendors solicitor is stepping in to help us otherwise we would be screwed. Avoid at all costs. They might as well close their business, they definitely don't do any work.
Steer clear of this place. My partner and I just bought a house and are meant to settle today. We used this place as it was convenient to where we were living at the time. We had one appointment with Sarah for settlement papers, and then heard nothing back after 6 weeks. On the eve of the settlement date I went to the office to find that no one was there. (Apparently Sarah is sick and has been sick for the past year) Which is not a good excuse, if you know you are sick you would call someone else in to do your job if it is i... read more
