So very friendly, compassionate, and patient.
The upstairs offices are run professionally. The downstairs offices are rude, tardy (I waited half an hour after their specified lunch break time, which wasn't even during their official lunch hours and NO ONE showed up). I'll reserve full judgement for the business until the results of my case, but for now I give it 3/5.
