Beth was very helpful Best Michael Kors in the World!!!
Asked the sales associate what the price was for a purse as there was no tag on it. She rudely said, "it's on the price tag, it's FULL price." Her attitude and snotty demeanor was so off-putting. I am only giving 2 stars because MK makes beautiful bags. Hire kinder people.
I went on a Tuesday afternoon at Great Lakes Mall. Pretty empty but not much help from the two sales ladies. The lady that checked price was also not of much help. She claimed that she didn't have a bag on display in a box without checking. I asked for a clear plastic bag for the purse I picked, as the lady claimed there was none in a box. Instead, she tried to sell a dust bag to me. If I wasn't in a time constraint, I would have left the store but I had to get a gift.
I went into the Michael Kors outlet store today and the 2 ladies that were working were so helpful and nice to work with.
