1/5 — Bought multiple items, refused a second bag. "Company policy." I purchased several items at the Michael Kors Outlet at Great Lakes Crossing and asked for one additional bag so I could carry everything comfortably. Beth was very helpful Best Michael Kors in the World!!!
Asked the sales associate what the price was for a purse as there was no tag on it. She rudely said, "it's on the price tag, it's FULL price." Her attitude and snotty demeanor was so off-putting. I am only giving 2 stars because MK makes beautiful bags. Hire kinder people.
