Allow me to take a moment to send a special acknowledgement to the lovely Kayden here at MK store. Thank you for making my Niece's birthday purchase really special - She absolutely loves her new bag! Now to the the head scratcher moment! On a triple digit day of heat here in North TX, we were asked to stand in line OUTSIDE the store to not allow too many in the store! *gasp. All the staff was super friendly and amazing! I looked at a bag, held on to it because I thought that’s the one I was gonna get off the shelf.. well little did I know they give you a brand new one that’s still in the plastic then put it in another MK bag with tissue paper. Definitely didn’t expect all that! Way to go above a beyond!
Thought for an outlet the prices were high
Awful customer experience!!! The white tall blonde lady, was a rude one. She kept on passing unnecessary comments just because we cancelled some bag transactions to get different ones ! She put two new MK bags in one. When we asked can she pack two new MK bags in different paper bags, as they were gifts, she gave excuse they are short of paper bags, while one can clearly see, whole set of paper bags were stacked behind.
