I had a wonderful shopping experience today! Hasti was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. Her recommendations were excellent, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Intentionally rude staff (cashier)I used to love this store, its work ethic, and its overall staff culture. However, today (July 25, 2026), I had the worst encounter yet. I was extremely excited to buy a limited-edition bag as a gift for a dear friend. Upon paying, I greeted the cashier. She ignored my greeting, scanned the item, took my payment, and told me to wait for the new supply. She immediately called the next customer and asked for their email. Very rude staff. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. None of the employees seemed interested in helping customers. They kept rolling their eyes and sighing whenever someone asked for assistance, which made the experience feel very unwelcoming. Customer service here really needs improvement.
