⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem interested in helping customers. I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but my experience was the opposite. Poor communication and an unfriendly attitude made the entire interaction frustrating.

This review is for the owner or management. On May 18, I purchased several purses worth over $600 CAD using my American Express credit card. On June 5, I returned to the store to return all of the purses. However, I was very surprised when the cashier scanned my original receipt and told me that my order had already been returned and refunded on May 25, and that the refund was issued to a debit card.
