I just went to MK Southwharf and Sadaf, who was super helpful, served me. She showed us different bag designs we were looking for and helped us pick the right one. We took longer than expected but she was really patient with us. I always go back to stores where we're taken care of and served well, and thanks to Sadaf for making us happy. Definitely going back there.

My girlfriend politely asked a staff member in the shoe department for her size, and they acted like helping her was a massive chore. To make things worse, the woman at the register—who looked like the store manager—completely ignored my girlfriend while she was paying, just to greet new people walking in. Terrible customer service and way below MK standards. The staff here definitely need proper training.

I asked a staff member in the shoe department for my size. Of course, I don’t expect them to completely drop whatever they are doing, but the reality is that you are there for the customer. When a customer politely asks a question, acting put-out and behaving as if you're doing your job for free is honestly pathetic. I had a disappointing experience at Michael Kors. The management came across as very rude and unprofessional, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unwelcoming, which really took away from what should have been a simple shopping experience. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. There are plenty of other places that treat customers with basic respect and professionalism, and I’d prefer to shop elsewhere in the future.
