I bought 2 items from the store and when we asked for the price, she said it was on special and only $80. But when we went to the checkout counter, suddenly the prices jumped to $150. There were 2 girls working one named Tara and I don’t know the other girl’s name. This is completely ridiculous and wasted our 45 minutes for nothing. Very poor customer service. Never coming back to this store.
I visited the store and was assisted by Tanu and Sadaf. They provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful throughout my experience.
exchange policy could be clearer and more flexible. Unfortunately, because of this, I wasn’t able to exchange a purchase I made just yesterday. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the customer service, and the selection felt somewhat limited. I hope the experience can improve in the future.
