Great customer service by the MK team, along with the manager and staff, helped find an item I was looking for and answered questions well regarding product features, discounts and quality.
Staff especially the manager of this store seriously requires how to address and treat returning customers respectfully and not humiliate them. Extremely disappointing experience. Having a store with frequent sales should never mean they are licensed to misbehave and mislead about allowing to exchange stuff within 30 days and later refuse whilst clearly not mentioned on their receipt instead all they do is talk down the customer and make them feel extremely uncomfortable and let down. Pathetic customer service don’t buy from this store. Staffs are very rude
I just went to MK Southwharf and Sadaf, who was super helpful, served me. She showed us different bag designs we were looking for and helped us pick the right one. We took longer than expected but she was really patient with us. I always go back to stores where we're taken care of and served well, and thanks to Sadaf for making us happy. Definitely going back there.
I would suggest that the staff be more respectful; they are being very rude.
