They had great customer service, but when I came back home I realized that they charged me incorrectly and when I called the manager they said I have to come back to store to get the adjustment. I live an hour away and was visiting for mother’s day shopping. I have emailed them the scanned receipt but no reply so far! I hope they have a way to return my money that the store and Michael Kors owe to me.
All 5 stars for Greta; great customer service. No matter how busy she was, she helped anybody who asked, especially me. Thanks Greta!
