I had a very disappointing experience with the sales assistant, Laced (Cashier #846110). Throughout the interaction, she displayed unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Her attitude came across as dismissive and she showed little concern for the customer experience. The interaction reflected poorly on the store and left a negative impression. Got invited to their monthly event and had so much fun! I have never seen a store host events like this Michael Kors does! Amazing staff as well!

⚠️ Unreliable Hours: Do Not Trust Posted Opening Times I arrived at 10:30 AM on the Monday before Christmas (DEC 22nd) for a pickup. Despite the posted hours stating a 9:00 AM open time, the doors were locked and the store was empty. I waited with a crowd of over probably 10-20 other frustrated customers. A neighboring business suggested they might open at 11:00 AM, but staff did not arrive to unlock the doors until 12:00 PM, three hours past their scheduled opening.
