I had such a great experience at this store! They were out of the bag I was looking for and the store manager, Sabrina, was so nice, she found the bag at another outlet and helped me purchase it!
Extremely disappointed with the Customer Service! My husband and I walked into the store looking to purchase a bag, and we were completely ignored. Two employees were present, and not one of them greeted us or offered any help. I’ve spent a lot of money here in the past, so this experience was beyond disappointing because of the lack of basic courtesy and assistance, I walked out and won’t be shopping at this store or with Michael Kors again!
