I spent over a thousand dollars at this store, and I was disappointed by the behavior of the staff. The young women working there often have a sour demeanor and seem to have a problem with staring. It’s frustrating to encounter such attitudes, especially when they appear to look down on customers. If they are unhappy in their roles, perhaps they should consider working elsewhere. It’s disheartening to see a team that seems so miserable. Do better!
I bought a very pricey purse even on sale and within about 4 months the handles started peeling apart. And bc I missed the warranty by about a month, they would do Nothing. I had aslo bought shoes and 2 wallets. Will not shop here again and grateful to let others know! I now realize how ridiculously Cheap their products are made and how they obviously don't care about their customers. Once the warranty is up...too bad! You lose alot of $$.
Wife loves this store. She picks I pay.
