I stopped in with my mom, our sales associate Caitlyn was so nice to us. Pointed to us on sales, asked us how we’re doing and what we were looking for, guided us on items that fit our needs. It was great! She made my mom’s birthday a hit. 10/10 on the purse, card wallet, and Caitlyn’s customer service.

Great place to shop at customer service was amazing and employees were well knowledgeable about their handbags. I was looking for a perfect bag for my wife and I was so thankful the associate was there to help me .

Highly disliked the customer service. To me, it seemed like none of the employees were knowledgeable about their own products, just knew to push customers to things they didn't want.
