Incredible place
“If I give you another bag, I will have to give my other customers in a trash bags.” On August 19th, I purchased two items at the Michael Kors store – a gift for a man and a gift for a woman. The manager Katie placed both purchases in a single shopping bag. When I politely requested an additional bag, the manager responded with the above statement. Stopped in this store last summer and have been back MULTIPLE times since. Veronica was (and continues to be) amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable. She cares a lot about her customers and wants to help you find the perfect addition to your collection. She's very patient and kind as well. Made me, my husband and kids feel very welcome. We will continue to go back there as long as she will have us. Thank you Veronica (and team).
