I am fuming with anger as I write this review. Today, I purchased a Michael Kors watch from this store. The salesperson assured me that I would receive a fresh pack from the back when I checked out. However, when I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the watch was covered in scratches, had no protective seal, no original price tags, and I was unable to adjust the time. The cashier had terrible service. I bought items totaling $135.16 and gave them $200.25, but they only gave me back $64.50—clearly a math error. How can someone with such poor arithmetic skills work as a cashier? It ruined my shopping experience completely. I didn't want to buy anything at all. To make matters worse, three employees argued among themselves about who was right. I won't be coming back.
