My mother bought a dress that is not on final sale or clearance. An hour after she got it, she decided that she didn't want it. We haven't left the outlet yet, so we returned to Michael Kors to return it. However, the staff refused despite the fact that it said it can be returned on the receipt. The dress is still brand new with original tag on since we haven't even left the outlet. There was nothing on the receipt that said no return or final sale. went to mk today and kimberly was just the sweetest person ever! she was so helpful and took the time to adjust a new watch to fit me just right! she was so lovely and made the whole experience worth it :)
the couple times i have been to this location, the people have been fantastic!!
