Very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors outlet. No one greeted or offered any assistance when we walked in, and when we went to the cashier to purchase a bag, the associate was quite rude and dismissive. She initially scanned the display bag instead of getting a new one, and we had to ask twice before she brought a fresh one. Even when we requested an extra shopping bag, her response was unnecessarily rude. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and not what I expected from Michael Kors.

I visited this store recently, and while the product selection was good, the customer service was extremely disappointing. It was my first visit, and the staff made us feel completely unwelcome simply because I had my children with me. Instead of politely explaining store policies, they were rude and kept repeatedly complaining about the doors being opened. Shopping with kids can be challenging, but there is no excuse for hostile attitude toward customers. I won't be returning.

I was really surprised when MK outlet tried to sell me a display piece. They should have told me upfront that it was a display piece — it was only after I pointed it out that they admitted it. This isn’t good practice. We buy from MK because we trust them not to cheat us; if incidents like this keep happening, the brand’s value drops to almost nothing.
