I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors outlet. I purchased a watch just 3 days ago and had it resized in-store by an associate. At no point during the purchase or resizing process was I informed that this would make the item non-returnable. I still have all original links and my receipt. When I returned to ask about a return, I was told it was “final sale” because it had been adjusted.
