I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors outlet. I purchased a watch just 3 days ago and had it resized in-store by an associate. At no point during the purchase or resizing process was I informed that this would make the item non-returnable. I still have all original links and my receipt. When I returned to ask about a return, I was told it was “final sale” because it had been adjusted. Huge discounts… must visit for bags and watches
Worst store ever! Do not shop here!! Bought two bags here for gifts and ended up needing to return them two weeks later. Before purchasing them I asked the sales clerk if they would be returnable since I was purchasing them as gifts. She stated that everything I purchased would be able to be returned as long as I had my receipt and did so within the 30-60 day window. What a lie!
