I've gone to Michael Kors before and it was a good experience but this time was just very awful that I feel it deserves a one star. I walked in being bombarded by people telling me that the whole store was 20% off and what their name was, it was a commission battle off the rip. Good selection of stock, but in my wife's case she needed to exchange, with receipt, a pair she had bought for a size larger than she usually buys in Korrs, so not a refund or even a change of style. We were met with "our policy is we cannot accept goods without the box", which my wife, like most tourists, who make up a significant chunk of Sawgrass visitors, had thrown away to save space in the suitcase.
