I never shopped in Michael kors before and today wil be the last time I step foot In a Micheal kors. I Bought a watch last week I loved it in store so I bought it I decided I wanted to return it because when I got home it didn’t go along with the rest of my jewelry. Excellent customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the employees at this store. Both the store manager and another employee were very rude and unprofessional during my visit. When I politely requested a few extra shopping bags because I ordered 7 purses to gift them, they responded with an attitude and even implied that I was being selfish for asking. Visited Michael Kors during a special promotion and got a 20% discount on the entire store, which was a great deal. The collection was nice and well organized. However, the store felt a bit understaffed during the holiday season, so service was slightly slow. Overall, a good shopping experience, especially with the discount.
