First time coming to this location in awhile. The lady not sure who she was but rude and seemed uninterested to help or answer questions. I guess you can say she was too wrapped up in conversating with another employee. So needless to sayno purchase and will not be returning. Thanks to the lady that helped me at the other location.. Very nice and friendly....

I came in store to return an online order. The two staff members who were present were very rude and could not offer any details around the return policy besides handing me an 800 number. how do representatives of Michael Kors not know their own return policy? I can’t imagine that these two ladies have never had to deal with an online order or its return. their response to all my questions was the exact same “I don’t know” and they wanted to do nothing with me as their potential customer.

I never shopped in Michael kors before and today wil be the last time I step foot In a Micheal kors. I Bought a watch last week I loved it in store so I bought it I decided I wanted to return it because when I got home it didn’t go along with the rest of my jewelry. Today at 3:03 April 8th 2026 I decided to go return the watch. Drove all the way to the mall to return the watch just to be told I can’t return it because it was sized.
