We visited the Michael Kors Homebush store expecting a professional and welcoming shopping experience. Instead, from the moment we entered, the supervisor’s attitude, body language, tone, and overall behaviour made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I rarely complain, but the way we were treated by a supervisor at Michael Kors Homebush was unacceptable. Rather than feeling welcomed as genuine customers, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I cannot say why she behaved this way, it felt discriminatory and fell well below the standard I expect from Michael Kors. I am not asking for anyone to lose their job, but I do believe this staff member needs feedback and customer-service training to ensure other customers are treated with respect.
My experience at Michael Kors Homebush was extremely disappointing. The supervisor’s attitude towards us was cold, dismissive and made us feel as though we were not welcome in the store. Her behaviour left us questioning whether we were being treated differently because of our racial background. I cannot confirm that was the reason, but no customer should leave a premium store feeling judged or unwanted. Management should seriously review this incident.
The store is so good and the customer service excellent especially Salve she went above and beyond to help me and offered great advice I was surprised even though its a dfo how great the stock was and the customer service the girls were so helpful will shop there again and highly recommend it.
